"This is in regard to reservation number 73099011430246. I was at the property and there was no one there and no way to check in. There were telephone numbers on the door and I tried calling them for 2 hours but no one answered. I ended up having to book a much more expensive place to stay tonight, as you can see in my account. I also paid $65 to get to the Melbourne Apartments from the airport so that is also a waste. Plus the Uber to get to the new place was an additional $40. I have been traveling all over the world for the last 40 years and never experienced this before. I am requesting a full refund for this reservation and I ask that the Melbourne Apartments property be taken off of your app as an option. "
