The only downfall was very limited parking. That's to be expected in New York I suppose. Subway was close to use so once we found parking we didn't have to move our vehicle

Doors slam constantly all hours of the night. That was my only real complaint. Shower and shampoo/soaps were wonderful. Water pressure and temp was Great! Shuttle was okay but breakfast doesn’t start until 6am and we needed to be at the airport by then :( so we missed out.

We arrived on Friday and we didn’t get our room cleaned until Monday morning after telling the front desk numerous times. As soon as you walk in the building, it smells like smoke. Oh and this isn’t a hotel, it’s a motel. False advertising! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
