"Rooms were clean, staff was courteous. Great place to stay, we even told the staff as we were leaving, this was the best hotel we had stayed at in our travels."

"This property was absolutely disgusting. The elevators, the hallways and the rooms were gross. Only 3 ice machines in the one tower worked so you had to travel to a different floor to get ice and then hopefully you don’t get stuck in the elevator. The bourbon tower elevators barely worked properly. I advised the staff of my concerns on the first day and they did nothing. 17th floor had the word “ killed coco’s and other words on the was in what almost looked like blood. I told them about it Monday 2pm. And wed at 9am it was still there. The only thing good about this location was the waterpark. The all you can eat buffet at ACE was one of the worst places I’ve ever eaten breakfast at. Absolutely disgusting that they could let it get that bad !!"

"It was a very boring hotel. You pay a lot of money for motel style room. It is outdated and smell old. I'm not happy that I pay so much money and I didn't enjoy my time. "
