"Loved loved loved everything about this hotel. The bartenders at Pulse were phenomenal! Miss Jackie was so helpful from the time we arrived and gave us a rundown of all the amenities. "

"Jeff, Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, I need to be honest—this was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. After paying over $600, I returned to the hotel late at night only to find there was nowhere to park. I drove around for nearly 20 minutes before being approached by multiple individuals offering parking in their lots, despite the fact that I had already paid $80 for parking through the hotel. At 2:00 a.m., I had to walk back to the hotel feeling extremely unsafe, only to then be told by a valet that there was a second entrance for parking—information that was never shared with me at check-in. Having to walk alone at that hour, not feeling safe, and then having to go back out again to retrieve my vehicle was a very frightening experience. When I finally accessed the parking garage, I had to park on level H4 with no visible security, which only added to my discomfort and concern. The issues did not stop there. The next morning, my room key would not scan me out of the garage. I then had to deal with a rude parking attendant, despite following instructions from hotel staff to bring in the ticket I received when the key cards failed at nearly 3:00 a.m. This resulted in continued confusion and frustration regarding parking charges that I should not have incurred in the first place. "Almost everything was great. The carpets either need cleaned or replaced. A few oddities here and there in the property like the closet was lopsided. No issues with cleanliness. The staff were great. One member was good but very nonchalant. I’d stay again. Not perfect but not bad. "

"Check in time is 4pm. We arrived after 5pm, were told our room wasn’t ready. We also paid for our room in advance, so we were disappointed. We reserved a room with a king size bed. We were given an “upgraded” room with a queen size bed. Our television did not work the first night. We called the front desk & spike with them in person. We were told it was noted & maintenance would fix the issue. Maintenance never came."
