Great sleeping/dwelling area. Employees were very polite and welcoming. Will visit in the future.
Hotel was close to our destination, clean and came with a very useful kitchenette. Served us well for the one night we stayed and the staff was helpful. Disappointed pool was closed.
We used the pullout and was short a sheet. They brought the bedding down to the room in no time at all. The beds were all comfy and the room was very clean.

Staff was great! Rooms are quite cozy and clean. Parking price on Expedia is posted incorrectly. Its $30 a night and not $8. Seems a bit steep as there was more than enough parking.
I ended up with a handicap room that was extremely stuffy due to someone had been smoking in there and it was a non smoking room. The experience was not inviting at all. I stayed for 1 of my 3 nights and checked out because of it. I got the run around about cancelling remaining stay due to having purchases through third party. I have no update about my daily incidental fees and never received a receipt confirming one night. I was told multiple times that I would receive in an email.
The property and our stay was really nice. Rosie at the front desk helped us check in early and was very helpful throughout our stay. One small thing that was disappointing was that the pool was closed during our stay. We also did not get housekeeping. When they came, we asked that they come back the next day at noon and when we returned to our room, we saw that housekeeping had not come. Other than that the room was nice and our stay was very pleasant. I like the apartment style hotels and the property. I would definitely come back.
When I booked my stay it was for two nights, and I booked a room with a roll in shower (accessible and with handrails). When I arrived the hotel had two separate consecutive one night reservations, in a second level (no elevator) room that did NOT have an accessible shower. We were required to check out and back in, though not move rooms for the second night.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was professional but I wouldn't say "friendly" and never smiled..... unfortunately they could not accommodate the accessibility booking that we booked and had prepaid. Had we gotten the accessible room we booked and prepaid, I would have had zero issue with this facility.
I loved the hospitality of the woman who checked me in. In general the hotel is nice. I loved the privacy, 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, kitchen area. However, there was no housekeeping, we took out our own trash. I'm not sure if that's how it's done at an Inn?
They need to do a better job of wiping bathroom and bedroom doors for filth from previous patrons. Also the entrance door was pretty stained. Other than that, I'd go again, I'd just have to spend the first day wiping down all surfaces.
The bed was very comfortable, room was very clean. You can tell the establishment is working to keep everyone safe and proctected from covid 19. Loved the kitchenette area fridge worked amazing.
The staff is very nice and polite I really like coming there

Overall the property was decent. It could use a few renovations but nothing too major. Staff was welcoming except one lady at the front who checked me in. But overall, good stay.
Room were clean, staff was friendly. Location very convenient. Overall I was pleased. Rooms were smaller than I expected, but I was pleased that it was a 2bedroom/2bathroom apartment. Perfect for two couples.

Bed was not comfortable, could hear people above walking, there is not a shuttle to the airport and back as promised when we booked. The breakfast buffet also was not available. We felt the price was more than the level of comfort.
We booked this hotel because it was listed with 24 hour airport shuttle. The hotel currently offers NO SHUTTLE SERVICE! We spent over $30 on rideshares.
The air handler intake filter had a last changed date of 12/25/2019!!!! No shuttle due to Covid. Towels given to us in a bag due to Covid. To go breakfast due to Covid. However an absolutely filthy air filter during Covid is perfectly fine?? Well, okay then....
