The dayshift shuttle service was excellent. He was courteous and professional and got me to the airport quickly. The night shift shuttle driver was a little scary, loud and less professional. I arrived late at night due to delays an a detour of my flight so I looking for a little kindness. The hotel was nice clean and the staff was friendly. Overall I enjoyed experience.

Hotel is located in a good area, lobby & kitchen area are very nice. You can tell remodeling is taking place. The rooms were a bit dated. Chairs & stools were ripped up. Bathroom & room was clean, though! Staff was very nice. Kind of ehhh feeling that breakfast cost money but the food was good!

Great hotel, the kitchen was under renovations but a limited menu was available. The shuttle to the airport only goes to the domestic terminal! You then need to take an airport shuttle to the international terminal- this takes over 30minutes… once you find it. The hotel shuttle driver and three airport staff gave us the wrong directions until finally some told us the correct way to go

Firstly, when I made the reservation through you all it stated in the price given it included all taxes and fees, however, when I arrived 11/5/25 they required a $150 deposit and would not take cash. As a result of my complaint about the deposit the gentleman, Paul, gave me a card allowing for a free breakfast for 2 for the following day. Secondly, had noticed a few unacceptable things in room 525, and brought it to the attention of the General Manager, Mr. Peterson/Patterson. He assured me that the following would be corrected: the office chair had half of the black pleather missing off the front back of the chair and a few missing spots on seat of the chair, the center window sheers were dry rotted and torn badly, there was only 1 set of towels and had slept the first night in the cold because the thermostat had stopped working. (by the time of my arrival was exhausted and needed rest) Mr. P and I agreed upon a time to send in maintainence to correct these appalling issues. When I returned to the room the office chair had been replaced and additional towels provided, however, the thermostat was still non-functioning and the sheer curtain panels hadn't been replaced. I went back downstairs and Mr. P had left for the day and I informed the desk staff and they sent up Danny to fix the thermostat. He stated he forgot:( At this point I was just too through with all of this and couldn't wait to check out Friday, November 7, 2025. My stay was a headache to say the least.
