"This is the most disgusting place I've ever stayed in. They had cockroaches. There were holes in the walls. The room was filthy. They gave us two pillows that were paper thin so thank God I took my own pillows. They gave us one bath towel and one washcloth that was also paper thin so thank God I took my own bath towels. There were cobwebs in the shower. I am going to try to find a corporate number to write to because I want my money back. This was horrible and I was so depressed while I was there and couldn't believe I was staying there. I literally cried because I was horrified. It was so bad. I've never stayed in any place that bad in my life."
