"The lodge offers great scenic views over a narrow gorge and fast flowing river into the Nairobi National Park. The staff are generally helpful and very polite. The food is fine but the choice is quite limited. The rooms are clean but a little old and rough around the edges but certainly not run down. "Beautiful huts and well maintained lodge. Lunch buffet cost 1500 shilling and was not worth that amount at all! (Same for the dinner buffet that was even more expenzive) If you have booked the night game drive and dont have a car, be aware that they might not have any car ready for taking you on the game drive. One star if you go there with no kids - its like a kindergarten, very very kids-noicy! 3 stars if you go there with kids, hende dont care about the noice."

"My third stay at skynest for business trips to Nairobi. The location is great, westlands is safe and walkable with plenty of shopping, dining, and socializing options nearby. Skynest itself is very secure and has a great little market on the ground floor where you can buy essentials, and a decent restaurant. The front desk staff are great. The rooms are great. You'll find cheaper option, but you won't find better. "
