"I've stayed at Old Silk Appartments twice so far in apartments 8 and 9. Both I found spotless, white soft towels, comfy beds, tastefully decorated well maintained and adequately appointed. Large fridge freezer, 4 ring hob oven and microwave, basic set of kitchen utensils and a couple of pans adequate to cook something simple. "Great value for money in a lovely golf course setting. Buffet breakfast was very good and varied. Shower a bit dated for modern tastes (no hand held...standing in old bath and shower curtain). Room layout a little strange but good if want to walk that breakfast off with more steps. Lift well away from most rooms. But overall for one in the Marriott chain great value and good stay."

"Fantastic hotel in terms of bring modern, the pool is fantastic. Staff are nice and rooms are spacious. Only downside is there is no fridge and no AC in the rooms which was difficult in this heat. As very hot at night and had to worry about the milk for baby going bad. Other than these two things the hotel was superb"
