"The staff was amazing, friendly, and very helpful. They gave us so many great recommendations on things to do and restaurants to eat at. The included breakfast buffet on the roof made this entire hotel worth it. Great selection of food, and so many yummy cappuccinos. We were a little underwhelmed by the room size and comfort of the bed, but overall a great hotel in a great location. "

"So convenient, easy access to and from the airport. The hotel staff very friendly. Very helpful. Rooms are clean. I stayed on the executive floor. Club Lounge was very good. Breakfast was delicious have stayed here several times before"

"The food and drinks were a little price, but at least the food portions were very large. Enough for 2 meals. Some of the staff were very welcoming and nice, however, there were some that were not. Very disappointed about that. Due to that, I would not stay again, but overall, nice facility, clean, safe, but I’m really big on the staff. 5 stars for most, 3 for ‘some’ of the staff. *Also, I rarely write reviews, but this was needed. "Everything about the Athens gate hotel was great! All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Easy walk to plaka, the acropolis, all types of food, the city for buses stop very close. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. Room 501 has perfect view of the temple of Zeus and from the corner of the balcony you can see the Parthenon too. I don't think I'd ever want to stay anyplace else. The only minor thing is few power receptacles and none are dual voltage, only European plugs and none in the bathroom. The balcony door really blocks the traffic noise well. Can't recommend highly enough!"
