The staff at the Pinnacle were so welcoming, kind, friendly and helpful. They made sure our room was comfortable and to our liking. The room is newly renovated and in excellent condition. All of the Staff were very friendly and helpful from start to finish. It was out of season so quiet in the hotel, plenty of choice for breakfast and a free bottle of wine in our room on arrival was a nice touch. Lovely view from the rooftop bar. The area is having a number of roadworks done and pavement improvements, but overall location was great for getting around the city on foot, and only 5 minutes from the metro station, so used the metro for airport transfers which was a big cost saver.

We had a wonderful stay at Pinnacle Athens, even though it was short. One of the absolute highlights was the rooftop—having 24-hour access with stunning views of the Acropolis and Parthenon was truly unforgettable. The staff were warm and welcoming, and everything felt smooth and well organized from the moment we arrived. The private transportation arrangements were handled perfectly, which was especially important given our tight schedule. The rooms were well-equipped with great amenities, and we really appreciated the comfort and thoughtful details throughout our stay. Overall, we loved our experience and would highly recommend Pinnacle Athens to anyone visiting the city! We wish we could have spent more time there!

We had such an AMAZING stay at the Pinnacle. The hotel was charming, the personnel so thoughful, helpful and happy to be there. The decoration and ambiance in the room was beautiful, cozy and relaxing. We slept so well. The cuisine was well equiped and clim/warm were quiet and worked perfectly. I really recommend you the Pinnacle, you will be received like a Queen/King.
