Great accommodation when staying in Athens as it was clean, new and well looked after, with a fantastic location. It was only a short walk to the main attractions and was surrounded by fantastic options for shopping and dining. Would definitely stay there again!

Very spacious apartment, great for a base to explore Athens. I didn't use any of the kitchen facilities (apart from the fridge) as we dined out every night. The air-con was a little loud. But it wouldn't stop me from booking again.

The place was a very stylish lift like room. You do need to walk about 5-15 minutes to the busy area bit for 4 people it was great. Easy check-in too.

We were 2 families on vacation & booked 4 apparently, the apparent s were very nice decorated and clean. The staff were very helpful!! Next time in Athens we will book it for sure

The property and staff went beyond our expectation. They made sure we had everything we needed. The room was beautiful and spacious (elevator was a bonus) . The location was so convenient with lots of restaurants, shopping and walking distance to main attractions. We strongly recommend it!

The property was beautiful and clean. It is situated in a great location that is safe and an easy walk to nearby restaurants and shopping. Someone met us at the property to go over instructions with us. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Athens. We rented two units for 7 people and slept comfortably.

Beautiful building. Clean nice simple designs. As a traveler lights sinks floors closing racks was a super plus. Shower was great. Wrap around balcony. Although in GR low rails and counter height fyi. Small 2-3ppl elevator. Very safe neighborhood and building. Bolt locks let’s outside door and safety box inside, family of 4 loved it. If you like the Plaka syntagma area this is tucked in after parliament in a quiet side street yet close to everything

Perfekt läge mitt i stan ändå lugnt och inte allt för trafikerad gata. Bra lägenhet med det mesta man behöver. Hjälpsam personal. Det är ingen bemannad reception, så man får ringa om man behöver något så får man det dagen efter. Kan vara lite segt om man vill ha en kudde eller något sådant.

Dirty Entry off a busy street, tiny sidewalk with luggage, punching in a code to get in. Dirty entry hall, no phone, no staff, old Elevator. Narrow, steep staircase. My Room smelled of sewage. No natural light save for small balcony facing dirty windows and walls. No view. Asked for another room - none was available. Called Expedia. Agent contacted Hotel. Hotel said no other room was available to agent. Agent promised that I would get a refund. Hotel changed their mind. Now they had a room. They tried to call me. My phone battery was dead. After charging, next morning, I saw they had called and had a room. Spoke to the manager and assistant in person that day. Said I had made other plans and could not come back. They said I would not get my money back.They were abusive and we got loud. Not good. I talked twice to Expedia. Still in limbo. Have to consider if I can trust Expedia ever again -nfor they have let me down and not come back to me to let me know what can be done.

almost perfect except water heater broken

Pros- easy walk to the shopping area and tourist attraction spacious. good for packing luggage before heading home has a kitchen what you see on the photos is what you get clean Cons- water heater broken. I believe they use solar energy for their water heater so when the weather is not sunny, the back up heater did not work. So we ended up not taking about 4 showers during our 4 nights stay. They tried to fix it and even moved us to another unit. But unfortunately, the problem persist even on our last day. It got fix after a day and after 1 day of working just fine. It got problems again. So if you are the type of person that needs to shower 2x/day ( morning and before bed time) and can only tolerate warm/hot showers, then do not stay here unless you want to risk not taking any showers on some days. The water is really icy cold and our bodies cannot tolerate it. Lastly, on our last day, we were not able to take a shower before heading to the airport. What a disaster. Would I stay here again? Maybe not. Unless, I am sure that they have a functioning water heater during my entire stay. It is not easy looking for another hotel in the middle of your trip. It is such a hassle and you will end up losing time that should have been for relaxing or sightseeing.
