"The room and reception were wonderful, and the staff provided excellent, hospitable service.
However, the shuttle bus service from Yugawara Station was very disappointing. I waited for 15 minutes at the instructed location, but the bus never stopped. It drove through the rotary so quickly that I didn't even see it coming and had no chance to board.
A tip for future guests: To avoid this issue, I highly recommend calling the hotel on your travel day to reconfirm the exact shuttle pickup time...
