"Beautiful hotel, well located, stayed in the 2nd building on the 6th floor two-floor suite. Room was nice and clean, there’s an outdoor pool and a restaurant on the same floor. I would have rated them 5 star but at check-in I told them I hadn’t paid for the room yet, the desk assured me that no it was already fully paid.. next day I come back to the hotel after a day out.. room door is locked, I had to go back down to check-in for them to mention me the room was not paid.. duh! "Our stay at the Villa Morra Residence was fantastic. It is a small boutique hotel in the heart of the Villa Morra neighborhood of Asuncion. One of the main malls is walking distance with cafe's, shopping and restaurants. The staff is amazing and super helpful. Their restaurant is also excellent. "

"If you are coming to Asuncion, strongly consider staying at the Arthaus Boutique. It's about 5-10 minutes outside of "downtown" Asuncion, but as you'll find, there really isn't much in "downtown" Asuncion. Instead the area around Arthaus is a more upscale area with private homes, and walking distance to two major shopping areas, restaurants, and higher end spots.
