L établissements est correct et propre Le seul hic est la climatisation défaillante dans bcp de chambre.1ère nuit sans clim . Difficile de trouver une autre chambre avec clim enfin une pour la 2ème nuit.Sinon hôtel bien dans l ensemble pour le prix (50€/nuit nov 2019) !!

La estadía paso sin sobresaltos, el hotel es acogedor y el personal siempre atento. Lamento q haya sido desbordado por la gran ocupación hotelera, no llegaron a cumplir con el desayuno, el último día fue pésimo, no había ni siquiera tazas para servir el café. Además deberían aclarar que el estacionamiento es limitado.

Bom hotel.
Hotel bem localizado, no Centro de Assunção. Quartos amplos, mas pouco arejados, e limpos. Café da manhã é uma das grandes deficiências do Hotel, poucas opções, produtos servidos frios e culinária que deixa a desejar. Outro problema foi o aquecedor, como estava muito frio, precisei do equipamento e não funcionou.

El hotel se encuentra bien ubicado, con estacionamiento propio y aparenta seguro, en una zona que no lo parece tanto.
La habitación fue confortable, pero hubieron detalles como la falta de un vaso en el baño o bolsas en los basureros; que pueden mejorarse. El kit de aseo es bien básico y sólo se ofrece un toallón.
El desayuno es correcto, aunque su presentación podría mejorar mucho.
El servicio del personal en general es bue o y cordial.

Warning: Actual stay is 20-30% more.
- Only good thing about hotel is included 'game' room with pool table, air hockey, foosball, etc. Unusual perk that is good for families with kids that need entertainment.
- Big surprise at checkout. Government tax: 10% if total bill paid in cash, 20% if paid by CC. Hotel tax: 10% additional. BOTH should be documented in the advert or included in the listed rate. As-is, VERY misleading advertising.
- Hotel is old and dated. Once upon a time, probably a very fun place to stay, but now dark and out-of-time.
- Toiletries not provided by default. Had to ask for them.
- Tiny hotel keys on 8x8" boards. Is a challenge to unlock/lock the doors.
- Batteries were dead on the remote controls, so no A/C control without assistance.
