Excellent stay in Asisi

Pros: The location of the hotel is very quiet and convenient to the central train station, the public transportation hub and a McDonald’s restaurant. The hotel room itself was super clean, eco friendly, and modern. The staff are nice and speak English. Cons: No elevator. Difficult for the elderly and those with heavy luggage. The young woman who checked me in helped me carry my luggage. The checkin process is done at the restaurant below. Can be quick if the restaurant is not busy. Will I stay here again? DEFINITELY YES. Asisi is beautiful and has its old world charm. The prices are cheaper in Asisi than Rome.

I have stayed here several times before but was pleasantly surprised by how beautifully refurbished the hotel is. I also have eaten in the restaurant before but the food if anything has improved- the Fiore de zucchini were wonderful- nothing deep fried; cod delicious- stunning flavours with it and the figs with Gorgonzola with the steak - first class. The traditional dishes also of a very high standard. Despite having stayed and eaten before I never felt the friendliness that I did this time - I think this has much to do with Simone as, although there before, was not in “charge”. From the minute I arrived the welcome was warm and there were obvious warm relationships with everyone involved even when very busy. Breakfast was lovely and new area excellent. A wonderful family run hotel and trattoria and I look forward to returning - still some dishes to try. Central to access the train to Rome and Florence, a bus is running from Perugia airport to the station so excellent access. Bus to old town and Rivotorto from station. A few minutes from basilica of Santa Maria and if enjoy walking around 30 minutes to either old town or Rivotorto. Wonderful base to see Spello, Foligno and Perugia.. Just what I needed.

Great place to stay in, near the station, great staff, newly renovated rooms, parking cross the street for free. The only thing missing is an elevator if you have a lot of luggage. Loved the experience.

Modern and cute

Really cute hotel above a restaurant. Make sure you check in at the restaurant as there is not lobby. Check in and out is at the restaurant. The hotel is modern but really nice inside. Breakfast was small but fine. The staff is nice. Location is great and close to the train station and main sights. To get to Assisi you walk to the train station and catch a bus. Make sure to get bus tickets at the kiosk across from the train station.

Small cosy hotel, recently renovated. Close to railway station. Comfortable. During my stay everything was closed for vacation, so nobody of staff present at the property. When I've arrived I found closed door. Nobody picked up phone. They knew exact time of my arrival. After 10 min near the locked door, a lady arrived, gave me keys, showed my room and gave me instructions. Lady did not speak English, so we communicate via google translator. As far as restaurant staff was on vacations, no breakfast on site. You should go for a bar 300m away where you'll be served with coffee and croissant. Maybe I was just unlucky and other days everything is ok

Una piacevole scoperta! Albergo collegato a un ottimo ristorante (consiglio di provarlo), posto a 300 metri dalla stazione di Assisi, vicinissimo al sottopassaggio. Stanza essenziale, ma con luci e condizionatore di ultima generazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo. Colazione buona.

Bom custo benefício.

Hotel moderno próximo a estação e junto a um excelente restaurante. Não possui recepção, o atendimento é feito no restaurante o que pode ser um inconveniente dependendo dos horários de check in e check out. Os quartos são amplos e confortáveis mas não possuem acessibilidade sendo preciso subir uma escada bastante desafiadora para idosos e pessoas com mobilidade reduzida ou malas muito pesadas. O café da manhã estava sendo servido em um bar não muito próximo, o que foi um inconveniente devido o horário que precisávamos sair para pegar o trem. No geral é uma boa opção com um bom custo benefício.
