"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"We had a great stay in Milano! The host was incredibly accommodating and lovely, always quick with helpful tips and local recommendations. The place itself was chic, comfortable, and had everything we needed, a large fridge, a small but well-equipped kitchenette for cooking, and all the amenities for a cozy stay. "The hotel is situated in a convenient location close to many casual restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. The interior design of the room is a nice touch, and the property is very generous with perks—specifically the complementary water and snacks, which far exceed what most hotels provide. The 24-hour gym is well-maintained with brand-new equipment. Throughout my stay, the staff were accommodating and professional. I would definitely stay at this property again."
