The suite was lovely, clean, and in a great location. The staff was very friendly and had excellent communication throughout our stay. Yousef welcomed us and was incredibly kind and helpful. He recommended some great places to visit and made our trip even better. We truly appreciated all of his help. I would 100% recommend staying here!

Our stay at Milan Royal Suites was exceptional. The place was pretty big and amazing. A rare find in Europe. The building was attended by concierge 24/7 which made it very safe. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our requests. I would highly recommend this place for a family vacation.

The property was located within good walking distance to shops, restaurants & tourist attractions. The air conditioning worked VERY well in all rooms except the front bedroom. It worked but didn’t blast the way the other rooms could. The kitchen was useful. The laundry was untried but it looked like it would damage clothing with a metal grater rack set inside. We are unfamiliar with that kind of machine & didn’t try it. The floors in the hallway & a couple of other spots seemed to have a couple of holes under the flooring so you step on a board and it sinks a bit. Not a huge deal but it was very noticeable. Would stay there again if needing air conditioning as we did during a heat wave. That was very appreciated! As with most big cities, you’ll want ear plugs and eye masks to help sleep. The street outside isn’t particularly busy but it got loud with service trucks & motorcycles. Overall comfortable and friendly help. The beds were big and bathrooms a good size. The air conditioning was absolutely the best part. Would stay again.
