Viceroy Snowmass

"Great place to stay if you're not in a wheelchair. Good restaurants and hot tubs. Rooms have robs, slippers, humidifer. However, the ada shower bench is a nightmare to use, because they have the grab bar above it that just presses into your back. Its also sloped down and my husbands paralyzed and almost ate it. Liability for sure. The toilet is really wide and I was barely able to use commode. They also have a runner that would just get caught in wheels and even the wheels on the luggage. I just rolled it up and put it to the side. Almost forgot to mention that the elevator didn't work for a period and they didn't even say anything. A worker ended up taking us through the employee elevator. Which isn't fun for my husband to keep wheeling around because most hotels have the thick carpets. The vallet will allow you to park by the entrance if you have hand controls which was helpful. Staff was super nice and such a beautiful place. Now, that I know some of the hiccups we could have, I would just prepare and definitely stay here again. We only live a few hours away and this place is so beautiful to come to during the summer"

"The Gant is an amazing property stay at while visiting Aspen, Its in walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The apartments are huge. The sofa and beds were very comfortable. The pool was nice as well. Would definitely stay there again. Had an amazing trip. Room was thoroughly cleaned, Pick up and drop off to the airport was smooth as well."

"The hotel was clean and cozy. It's located in the central part of Aspen, which made every destination within walking distance. Our room was on the lower floor, and we could hear every loud step the upstairs tenants made. Once everyone is asleep, all is good."

"Overall, the place was just fantastic! The only thing we weren't super keen on was the little trek from the parking garage to our room, which took about 5 minutes walking. It's just that a golf cart ride from a hotel attendant wasn't always an option, you know?"
