"We parked in valet parking and we had a flat tire the night of our arrival. When we came out to take a look, the guy had a pump to be able to inflate the tire while we took it to the tire shop. Because it was too late, the tire shops were closed so the following day they even did us the favor of pumping air in the tire themselves. This really stood out to me. We appreciated it so much. I really appreciated how willing the staff were to help. "
