The hotel is modest but clean, quiet, well staffed and maintained. The front desk staff were outstandingly courteous, kind and helpful. Breakfast was varied and included hot and cold items as well as fruit and small pastries. Nice pool that is away from the main street. Definitely would stay again.

The hotel itself was nicely kept. Not sure about the area around the hotel, but we felt safe parking our vehicle and staying there. The staff was friendly, everybody said good morning. Breakfast area gets a little crowded, but was able to have enough available for my family.

My stay was wonderful, featuring clean rooms and incredibly friendly, helpful staff. The only downside was that the hotel didn't have an on-site bar or restaurant, which was a major letdown when I wanted a quick bite or drink without leaving. The rest of the experience was fantastic. I would still highly recommend it!

Staff were extremely helpful and professional. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and parking was easy. No tissues or lotion in this hotel but these items vary per properties. We will stay here again definitely Lobby was all decorated for Halloween, and there was Popsicles. Super nice touch.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, unlimited coffee was a plus, parking is safe. Carpet needed deep cleaning. There were stains all over and very dirty. Water pressure on the shower could improve. Over all the stay was good. Close enough to UCSD campus.

Best place to stay as a single traveler commuting to work. Amenities meet my needs. The staff is very friendly. Having stayed at a few hotels in the San Diego /Miramar and Mira Mesa and Poway areas, this is the most pleasant hotel to lay down my head and relax.

Only issue I had was how old the interior was and dirty in some parts. The bathroom tubs had huge paint bubbles when stand in them and walk around seemed loose since it would move when youd walk on it. The grout buildup on the tiles were thick and the carpet stunk like wet dog. The carpet and bathrooms need a hard revamp /replacing for sure as well as their fridges. Mine didnt even work half the time. Otherwise, staff was great, amenities were nice and beds and room we're comfy. Had a great stay overall with my family.

Breakfast offerings were solid. Property was clean and well maintained. Front desk, very pleasant and courteous. Room was clean and modern with comfortable beds. If there’s anything worth mentioning, it would be a word of caution to those who return to the hotel late. Parking is limited. We returned both nights after midnight and had to park on the curb in front of the hotel. This presented no real problems as we were able to park pretty close to the hotel itself. Otherwise, I would rate the stay good value for the price.
