"Lovely location and setting and welcoming staff but that’s where the positives ended. Room was a disappointment; fire place but no wood for it, no heater and air con did not heat room room so we were cold. Shower was in the room and did not have a shower door so shower flooded the room and walkway to the main reception area was uneven and poorly lit. Pity as could be a great hotel. "

"We had a fabulous stay at the farms cottage and were welcomed with complementary sourdough bread and yummy spreads. "Very nice one night stay while travelling. Stayed in the garden room - very quiet and also has self-catering facilities. Short walk to several restaurants. We opted for a pizza nearby. Expedia shows breakfast included. This is an error - owner trying to resolve with agency. But breakfast is available at a small cost. Just ask Mike to show you his collection - stunning!"

"This was our 3rd stay at the Ballinderry, but the first for 5 years. The place was as good as ever, and we had a fantastic 2 night stay. Luc and Hilde are very welcoming - and Hilde’s food for breakfast, and a fantastic Valentines meal, second to none. We will always look to stay there when visiting Robertson, which has some great wine estates, and would highly recommend it. Thanks for a lovely stay."
