"When we arrived the outside looked like it needed a little bit of TLC but once we got inside could not fault it. We are four married ladies that just wanted a weekend away to chill, unwind with a bit of retail therapy thrown in. This hotel was perfect for that. We stayed in a spacious room with 4 single beds. Staff were lovely. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. And to top it off we were a 5-10 cab ride away from Ashford designer outlet. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be...

"Nice modern room with great facilities, clean room and very good free refreshments which is a lovely extra. Swimming pool was lovely, quite busy but we really enjoyed spending time relaxing. Very close to Ashford Designer Outlet too so nice location."

"Room had a wet mouldy smell, didnt get any better with airing out. The hotel is located in a industrial area Bathroom was worn but not the worst. The food at the connected resturant was bland but they had great understanding of gluten free. Overall was okay but wouldnt stay here again, especially at the price point."

Sure, there could have been less limescale in the loo, and a lick of paint wouldn't go amiss, but the linen was spotless, the hospitality impeccable and the breakfast was the best I've eaten in over a decade! Plus, the beer was Shepherds Neame and was kept and poured beautifully. Definitely value for money! . "

"Absolutely stunning property for those who like a bit of history. Host was so accommodating to our needs. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and we felt so relaxed making the most of the roll top bath. Breakfast was top drawer (loved the sausages especially). Nothing to fault.
