I loved walking into the place, fire going, beautiful Koi in the water and the welcoming bar/restaurant. The pool/hot tub area was amazing. But....when I opened the door to the room, it smelled like wet dog, little disappointing.

Pointe at Castle Hill Resort
Service was good. the people at the front desk are very nice. the photos are misleading for the booking I thought I would have a kitchen but I showed up with trays of food and not even a microwave. only a mini fridge. For these prices they gotta be better than that.

I can show pictures of the unit that was very different than described. I paid extra for a Mountain View for 3 nights - and it was not Mountain View. We were in a different building at the bottom of the hill a 8 min freeezing cold and icy walk to the pool area.
