"The breakfast was fresh and provided nice options. Always clean and well kept. The room was very clean and comfortable. The property was well maintained. The staff were excellent. No complaints. Best option for the price in Pensacola! This will be my go to hotel in Pensacola. My dad always chose Best Western hotels when we were traveling. I now realize why that was. "

"The hotel stay was horrible. The room smelled of mold. We had to take my grandson to urgent care because the first night we as there he had a allergic reaction to the mold. We asked if there was a better room or one that didn't smell or was better they said no more double rooms available. so we wanted to change hotel but they said the room was non refundable. And had a attitude about it. i will next time read all reviews."
