"Pool closed, one morning of no hot water, room above us was moving furniture all night long and due to the floor we heard everything."

"Our stay at S31 was great. The building is incredible and the rooms are modernized, but still have the original woodwork. The Village gate is close with great restaurants and boutique shops. The neighborhood is full of history and a great place to take a late night walk. Although there is not currently a dining area at the property, they have great snack options for enjoying in the room and great local wines. My wife wanted a large bath/Jacuzzi and our room did not disappoint. The only thing she wished was, they offered a bath package with bubble bath and wine. Overall we had an incredible experience and we can't wait to stay again, and try one of their other themed lofts. S31 is now a favorite and unlike any experience from a chain hotel."

"Kitchen needs serious cleaning and attention. Cabinets were filthy and had garbage in them. Dishwasher was horrid and could not be used due to stagnant smelly water still in it. Beds were very hard. Price was great and host was attentive. "
