The rooms are spacious. Employees are great. It’s far from haram BUT free shuttle available before and after all prayers. It took us 11 mins to get to haram and 10 mins back approximately. Service is excellent/ hotel is huge! Rooms are spotless

The carpet in the room was dirty. Even I requested to clean.but no show .. Otherwise very very close to masjid Nabvi. But men area from this facility great. But for women is very far to pray in masjid Navi women area. For women you have to find other hotels.. Because women have to long walk for prayer ...
