Great hotel and excellent service

Really nice 5* hotel! The view of Mount Meru from our room was great! Staff were super welcoming and friendly! There is an internal workshop/ gift shop in the grounds (Sanaa) which supports people with disabilites - we got some great hand made souvenirs from here!

Hands down best hotel in Arusha. Rooms were spacious and immaculate. Impeccable decor . Spacious lobby to hang around .Staff are excellent from bell boys to reception to dining room staff.Coffee plantation on site from which their coffee is sourced. Coffee is amazing and I bought some to take home. Grounds are immaculately maintained and the boys in the garden even plucked some Guavas for me. Beautiful pool. Breakfast was amazing with a wide spread . They have a workshop for people with disabilities at the back from where we bought merchandise . They allowed late check out on request . Every single person went out of their way to help to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend staying here. All my friends thanked me for booking this hotel for our stay in Arusha

This hotel is a dream-come-true and is top class. Thanks to the fantastic job done by the hotel manager, the service provided is really perfect. The hotel looks like new and is in perfect condition. The view on the gardens and the Mount Meru is fantastic. This view is stunning from the great bar located on the roof top. Delicious food. Very customer-oriented. I will definitely return to this hotel next time I have to travel to the. Arusha region. Simply perfect.

The Gran Melia Arusha was the perfect hotel to stay after our safari. The property is beautiful and very quiet (especially for a property surrounded by busy streets. The amenities at the hotel were fantastic and the options for dinning are varied, with the rooftop restaurant having an amazing view.

Wonderful Experience!

We only stayed for one night but had a great experience. The hotel property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant. The food was delicious and the decor was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel if you're in Arusha.

Beautiful property with amazing views and great vegetation! The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable after our 3 AM arrival at the hotel, we are super grateful! I loved everything about Gran Melia Arusha. The best thing about the hotel were the incredibly hospitable staff who went above and beyond. I was very saddened to say goodbye to my breakfast staff who were so lovely and good to me.
