"The Apartment was larger than expected and clean. The staff are all really great. The bar on site ( Stacey's) is run really well and they are very friendly people. The location is good. Its about a 20 min walk to the nearest beach downhill. Reception are great as are security. The pool is clean and lovely to swim in. Plenty of sun beds ( June ) . Towels are given for the pool on arrival which helps. There is body wash and shampoo provided in the apartment . The kitchen is well equipt....impressive actually. The maids will come in and do a great job of freshening up the place All in all a great stay and I would recommend for couples or families."

"Didn’t like rules were not enforced about towels on sunbeds with no one on them . Got moved to room 626 as first room not great . also having a courtesy room before leaving for 30 mins was very nice ."

"We stayed for 6 nights. First we are got room near the reception, it was very noisy at late evening and early morning. I asked to change the room , reception stuff change with out problem. Food was good and tasty , big variety. My son likes swimming pool, it is very clean , with salt and warm water. I recommend this hotel."

"Bruno was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Tenerife and gave us excellent advice for days out and making the most of public transport too. He was always friendly, courteous and attentive. The room is extremely well equipped for self-catering and the balcony was enormous alongside having a roof top terrace, which was absolutely an added bonus, especially useful for early evenings, when the sun was going down. Entertainment staff were also brilliant; special thanks to Javi, who was always cheerful and engaging and took the time to remember everyone's names and provided some fun games. We will definitely be staying at the Regency Country Club again! :-)"

"Detailed review: Apartment is nice and spacious but be aware of these things aren’t in description when booking. These rules were on a paper given to us at check in. My stay was alright, but i personally wouldnt book again. 1. Your room won’t be cleaned unless youre staying more than 7 nights. No change of bedsheets, bins, anything. they do provide extra bin bags and a mop- but our mop had bird poo on it from being left on the balcony😬 2. Towels can be changed at €2 PER towel 3. There is no ac, fans have to be rented(€?) from reception. 4. Safe also has to be paid for at €3 per day. 5. Breakfast is not a huge variety as previous reviews stated, it is a very basic breakfast of the same beans, hash browns, sausages and sweet items every day. No veggie meat alternatives. 6. The sewage system stinks, the bathroom sink would smell a lot randomly. 7. our mini fridge smelled HORRIBLE!couldn’t open it for more than 5 seconds without a disgusting smell filling the room, everything you put in there smells bad after. 8. There was a short power cut during our stay- but this wasn’t too bad. Why we didn’t report the smells is because we just kept the fridge closed in the end& the sink smell would come & go. Overall, yes the room is nice but do not book expecting aparthotel amenities because it is JUST self-serve. If you are prepared for this, then it’s fine but i personally wasn’t. Location is decent, some shops& restaurants nearby. proper beaches+strips 20mins away by car."
