"Looks like it was a great place to be 20 years ago. The room was huge 1 bedroom, full kitchen, full bath, living room, and dining area. Parking was terrible. Disclaimer I was there on a busy weekend. I don’t know if it was normal busy or extra busy. Either way not well planned out. One of the parking attendants was helpful despite being rushed. Front desk staff was dismissive. Freezing cold room. Mystery stains on bedding and furniture. Broken, cracked, and scuffed everything and everywhere [floors, frames, art, elevators, walls, etc]. 1 of 7 elevators working in a 29 floor building. Very much regret booking here. Grateful I didn’t have to spend much time on site and everything else about my trip to Dallas was great!"

"The rooms were clean, very well kept and everything in the room was just as pictured on their website. The staff were very welcoming and friendly when checking in. The housekeeping staff was very kind and helpful as well. Our big complaint was the pool situation/pool party that was going on. When we checked in we were very excited to be able to enjoy the pool as we saw beautiful pictures of it on their site. The front desk attendants did let us know that there was a pool party going on which explained the crowded parking lot. We had to pay 40 dollars for valet just to be able to check in due to how crowded it was. When we went up to the rooftop we were really disappointed to see that there was no room at all for us to even sit by the pool or enter it. The pool party they had was open to everyone and anyone so it was disappointing that we as guests couldn’t enjoy the amenities included with our rooms. It was a group of six of us, we booked three rooms and paid $200+ for each one for one night so this was not the kind of experience we were hoping for. I understand that hotels sometimes host parties like that but there should be an area that is reserved for actual guests of the hotel so that they could still get use of the amenities they are paying for. We ended up having to leave and return back to our rooms due to the overcrowding. This was just not something we expected, we did not have children with us but if you are a family traveling I would not recommend booking here. "

"The staff was very kind and professional. The room was very clean. Air conditioner worked well. Everything I needed in the room plenty of towels and toiletries. Will definitely stay again! Breakfast was also delicious. Plenty of options."

"My wife and I spent two nights at the Omni Las Colinas while attending a concert over the weekend. The hotel’s location, staff, and amenities were great overall. The check-in experience was somewhat disappointing, as the front desk staff paid little attention to us and seemed to rush through the process. It wasn’t a major issue, but I felt it was worth mentioning. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. Our only real complaint was the breakfast experience. After being seated by the hostess, we waited quite a while before anyone came to take our drink order, even though the tables around us were being served promptly. In addition, the buffet selection and food quality were underwhelming. I would recommend having breakfast outside the hotel instead. Other than that, everything else about our stay was excellent."
