"Since our plane was delayed we called ahead to notify that we would be checking in very late after midnight. Night clerk very helpful and accommodating, he even helped us find a parking spot. Housekeeping only cleaned our room 2 days out of 5 after we requested fresh towels and garbage emptied. Breakfast was average, some items cold because people left the lids open but could be heated in the available microwave. Nice having coffee available 24 hours and lemonade and cookies during the day. Pool area great, hot tub temperature could have been hotter. The phone in our room rang several times with nobody on the other end, twice in the afternoon, once at 6am and once at 2:48am. Reported to the front desk, no explanation but suggested to unplug. Also construction being done, water shut off for 2 hours one day. Ice/water machine not working on 2nd floor."

"Some minor things did add up to a lot, like the huge gap under to door that let in a ton of light, the a/c was very loud, sounded like a car with a barely functioning engine. Trash truck came at 4 am right outside our window and then landscapers were right outside it at 7. We had an accessible shower for one of our party, and you had to be so careful not to turn the shower head anywhere but the back wall or it would flood the bathroom. And then a cockroach decided to camp out and die in the bathroom in the middle of the night. The manager did work with me to compensate for the unplanned member of our party though. There are QR codes all over to pay for your parking but apparently you need to have the front desk give you a validation code and it charges it to your folio amd not straight to your card and saves you fees, so make sure you ask them anout that before you pay for parking. We like SpringHill Suites for a lot of reasons and this one was below the standard we are used to but not bad."

"I recently booked this hotel for my parents, as they were traveling for a medical appointment. Based on my previous positive experiences using Expedia, I felt confident in selecting this property. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations. There were several concerns during their visit. The restaurant charges on the bill appeared to be incorrect, and the quality of the food did not meet a reasonable standard. Additionally, the carpet in the room had an unpleasant odor, which affected their overall comfort. When these concerns were brought forward, the response from management felt limited and not as attentive as we had hoped. I consider myself a reasonable and understanding person, and I recognize that issues can occur. However, what truly matters is how they are addressed. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with a member of management to resolve these concerns. If someone from the management team could please contact me, I would welcome the chance to discuss this further. A thoughtful and responsive resolution would go a long way, and I would be open to recommending this establishment in the future based on how this situation is handled. Otherwise, I would be hesitant to recommend it to others. Thank you for your time and consideration."

"The property was well maintained and clean. Easy check-in and check-out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and best of all QUIET! I really appreciated the nice complimentary breakfast, and the broad timespan that it was offered (6 a.m. to 10 a.m.) Great location, walking distance from CVS, donuts, a coffee shop, and an outdoor mall with several really nice restaurants. The rooms were more affordable than others in the area and I will definitely come back."

"Everything was nice, minimum interaction with the staff but from little interactions we had, they were nice. Very quiet."

"Property was in the process of closing down the following week for a rebranding effort. It was in need of basic maintenance/repair, "breakfast" was marginal, carbo rich lacking any protein. Front desk personnel were mostly unfriendly and unhelpful. Expedia needs to do better due diligence before listing properties."

"Standard hotel experience. Ideally located across from popular outdoor malls. But the front desk staff are apathetic and dismissive. Clearly do not like their job or perhaps just their personality. Either way, should not be the client facing employee interacting with guests. Made time there somewhat uncomfortable. "
