"Oustanding staff! A special thank you for staff helping with train transportation at concierge. She was extremely kind, friendly, professional and guided us to excellent miso ramen shops in Kyoto and train information from Liber Hotel to Hiroo station in Tokyo. Our room was very clean and staff took pride and great care of us and the room. Front desk staff check in was smooth, professional. We highly recommend to other guests and look forward to a future stay at the Liber for a return visit!! Absolute perfection!"

"The room here was outstanding. The pictures don’t do the views justice! Everything was spotless, check in procedure was easy would stay here again in a heartbeat. As far as location it’s not the most central place to stay in Osaka but don’t let that deter you, its a quick connection to get anywhere you need to go and the proximity to the tattoo friendly (private baths) misen makes it well worth it after long days of walking."
