"Great breakfast"

"There was no hot water in the room for three hours. The hotel looked nice outside, and it was horrible on the inside. There was cockroaches, the king bed was two full size beds with a mattress on top of them. No one should park in the parking lot. They were still trying to charge us for that night even though it was full. Will not book again."

"This is a perfect location within walking distance of so many major historical sites and museums! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved everything about our stay. "

"I’ve stayed at Comfort Inn’s before and have loved it, that’s why I sought one out in that area. Unfortunately, we were surprised to find that it was the home to many low income residents and or homeless, several of whom were all hanging out in the entrance and lobby. Besides the scraped and chipping paint on the walls and ceiling and doors, the floor grout in the bathroom looked like a 5 year old did the work. Also, when the friend I was traveling with went out later that night for a cigarette there was a used condom in the elevator on the hand rail. Needless to say we were very disappointed and had we not been traveling all day, would’ve left."

"It was a very comfortable stay. Must say it was not meant for short ladies. The magnified mirror was above my head!! Kinda used to that. Bar was great and the food was delicious. We could tell they could have used a little more help in the kitchen."
