"Everything was good. It’s a little tricky riding a separate elevator to the lobby, then to the room, then to go into the mall below but we got the hang of it. All staff were super friendly and anxious to please us. Buffet was delicious, workout room was good, rooms and bathrooms were great. Glad they had separate bin for recycling plastic. "

I didn't like the pillows, they are old and not confortable. Also all.thw towels are old also and the towls are fraying."
