"Although the hotel had some positive aspects, our opinion is heavily influenced by the very poor service we had in the Fiesta club restaurant. At breakfast in particular the staff were extremely discourteous to us. We had to constantly ask and re-ask for basics like coffee or replacement cutlery and the staff appeared to do their best to ignore us even when we made it obvious we needed something. To be fair some restaurant staff were lovely on the evening service. We complained to the restaurant staff directly but felt so strongly we went to reception and asked for the manager to voice our frustration. After reception taking our complaint and promising to have the manager contact us there was no feedback to us in any form. This has left us feeling that the hotel does not care about its guests negative experiences. I do not normally rate a hotel if it is not exceptional but I feel so strongly about this negative experience I fell compelled to complete this review"

"Great spot to visit a great neighborhood (Santa Maria). Good enough to explore the city and just come back to sleep."

"Bed sheets very dirty, no wifi, no intimacy, loud music playing early in the morning, room very dirty, no room service during my 3 night stay. I arrived late to this place and had to wait outside for one hour since no one was answering the door nor the phone despite me letting them in advance that I will check-in late."

"Desafortunadamente en esta ocasión la experiencia no fue tan buena, la habitación que nos asignaron tenía un problema con la regadera, nos cambiaron de habitación, pero las condiciones no fueron las mejores y la atención del personal no fue la adecuada para solventar esta situación. "
