• The room was filthy, with visible hair and handprints on surfaces.

Fui direcionado a um quarto com infiltração e goteiras (chão molhado), ao fazer a reclamação na recepção fui colocado em outro quarto, onde o controle do ar não funcionava, a cama de colchão de mola desconfortável, porta do quarto quebrada. Par ailleurs la conciergerie en charge de l'entrée dans les lieux a mis en place une application avec envoi d'informations, de selfies et de photos de documents assez intrusive et chronophage pour pouvoir finaliser l'enregistrement.
