"Great stay. Owners were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing. Hosts offered to make French toast for my nephew after he finished his meal. I joined in on that and it was amazing. On trolley line. Stop is basically in front of B&B. Quiet neighborhood. Definitely stay there next time in Philly. "

"There were a discount grocery store. About very 11/2 blocks away along with a wine and spirits store. Popeyes about 4 blocks way. Close enough to get to historic sites on Lyft. Coffee in the lobby was good and ready. Washer and dryer in apt. convient. Clean and well kept, good they kept some glasses and best to bring a small roll of paper towel. Overall a great stay"

"Our room was awesome, it even had a small kitchen complete with refrigerator, cook top, dishwasher, dishes, pots and pans! The bed was so comfortable and the staff we met were all friendly. The whole place was very clean, and the breakfast was great! Didn’t get a chance to check out the pool. Definitely will come back!"
