"The Andean Palace has an amazing group of staff who respond right away on Whatsapp. Their attention was directed towards guests. For the price the hotel does the job. The bathroom is very small, uneven water temperatures, and some old flooring. There are not many lights at the hotel so it is rather dark at night especially coming back from tours. Lastly, the room doors had windows with unsealable cracks along with a simple metal key to keep the door locked. The breakfast was very simple and was served late on our first day. It wasnt great. Fruit and bread primarily. "

"Breakfast was great, the trips that were arranged for pickup at hotel picked up right outside no problem,no ice on the property, when I asked they said they didn't have any, the rooms are nice but noisy,I would still stay here but I would upgrade to a better room, don't take the cheapest one offered it is next to the road and you could hear every vehicle and the buses ran every 5 minutes,I heard everyone of them, my plane was cancelled and they let me stay that night even though I checked out early, I will never forget that generosity, I recommend you to stay here, just get a room away from the road "

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in a lovely area. Sadly lacking a vanity kit in the bathroom eg no shower caps or ear buds, that type of thing. Fabulous breakfast too. Would highly recommend."
