"Best hotel I stayed in Peru. The breakfast eggs were thr best ive ever had. The dinner was great. They think of all the small.things like a jug next to the bathroom sink with filtered water incase you dont want to brush your teeth aith local water. So much attention to detail. "

"Airport shuttle was amazing. The premium room's jacuzzi couldnt get hot water. Just warm and then cool. It was very frustrating. The heaters dont really expend heay, simply warm up themselves. Location is right by busy San Pedro market and it is loud with traffic and people, but worse off, all through the night - very loud disturbances. 2nd night i transfered to another room more in the corner.. i was awaken at 4 am by tons of clanging and scraping on some part of the property foundation. Extrwmely frustrating because Cusco requires ypu rest to have a better breathing experience. Now i join my group vscation tour exhausted. Some staff were very helpful, other night staff were a bit rude and condescending. I was singing this hotels praises....until the night. Disappointed. And breakfast is not kept hot. It is ice cold if you dont arrive immediately im assuming. Interior is beautiful. Roof view is awkward and just ok. But interior beauty is not enough if not functional."

"Fue una grata experiencia. El servicio tanto del personal del front desk como del restaurante fue excelente. Se dieron cuenta que mi esposo cumplía años ese día y lo sorprendieron con un bizcocho. El hotel en general esta muy limpio, tranquilo, cerca de todo caminando y el desayuno top! Lo recomiendo sin duda! "

"We had a quick stay at the Union Hotel, but I would definitely stay again. The location is excellent, and the courtyard is lovely. The room was clean and very comfortable. Shout out to the kindly staff members who was very friendly when we both checked in and out. Overall, great value and a wonderful hotel! "
