"The breakfast couldn't be much better. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was right by the bus station to go to Machu Picchu. The markets were very close. It was a 20 minute walk the hot baths and a 30 minute walk to the Manuel Chavez Ballon museum which was very interesting. The only issue was the noise from the street and from 5th floor dining area as our room was on the fourth floor. Recommend ear plugs."

"This hotel is one of the best places I have stayed while I was in Peru. Hotel is right next to the ticketing office for machu picchu like literally down the block. It is few minutes to Plaza. Room is huge and very clean!!! Bed is very comfortable! The staff were all nice and approachable! Always greets you with a smile! Also, the breakfast is good.. they’ll cook you food the moment you got into the dining area, it is not a pre-cooked breakfast.. which I appreciate it the most.. AND the freshly papaya and pineapple juice was amazinggggg! I love that and still thinking about that juice.. and on my last day, they even offered me a to go breakfast cuz I woke up late but unfortunately, I was trying to catch the train to go back to cusco ~ they are really sweet and will also tell you some activities around the area if you have free time one of them was Mariposa Sanctuary which is like 20min walk from the hotel!! All in all, I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone especially to my family and friends!"

"The hotel offered to help with luggage to and from the train station. This was amazing and so helpful. The rooms were very clean and the fact that it included breakfast was also very nice. The only reason I gave a 4 star is the trash on street walking down to hotel. I felt safe at the hotel."
