The service was prompt, and all my requests were handled efficiently. The location is great, making it convenient to travel around. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. "Room was clean to an extent but unfortunately the stains on the table gave the impression it was dirty. Linen and towels tired so again didn’t feel as clean as could have been. Door locking system, whilst in the room didn’t feel entirely secure. Reception didn’t make me feel particularly welcome. Nothing was explained to me ie facilities available, how yoga classes worked or where to eat. Peaceful location away from crowds "

"The room was spotless as was the bathroom. Air-conditioning fan clean sheets lovely aspect really couldn’t fault it. I enjoyed the yoga and I loved all the treatments, The food if you’re vegan and you like very bland food, great. The food did not work for me luckily we were a 10 minute walk to the beach, so I had fresh fish at lunch and I was very happy. The staff are outstanding, everyone is very pleasant very helpful and very efficient."

"We stayed at The Sweet Lake Resort for two weeks at the beginning of November 2025 and had a wonderful experience. • Location: The resort is set back from a quiet road in Arambol, so there was no street noise. Arambol beach is just a 3‑minute walk through the back gate—though note the route carefully, as signage is limited and we got lost the first time. • Rooms: Spacious, clean, and airy, with huge comfortable beds, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in both the main room and shower room. Our balcony overlooked the swimming pool, which was a lovely touch . • Dining: The restaurant menu was limited but the food was delicious. While the hotel doesn’t have a bar, The Totem next door was convenient, so this wasn’t an issue. • Staff & Service: Every member of staff—from reception to housekeeping—greeted us daily with big smiles and a friendly “Hello.” Reception staff went above and beyond to help with taxis and directions. • Amenities: Free Wi‑Fi was a blessing, especially as my UK phone didn’t function properly in India. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and sincerely hope to return in the future. "
