"I hoped to gave them 5 stars but they disappointed me I have been in uzungol for a full day trip when I returned to my room I found it same as I left it I talked to the staff they said "sorry" I told them sorry is not enough...the problem wasn't solved and they didn't cleaning anything"

"We stayed 4 nights in May. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: - newer condition - breakfast - eco friendly - room size Cons: - service by far one of the worst hotels we stayed in.
