"Fridge was dirty, towel had stains, toiletries were bare minimum, linen had stains and seemed dirty, couch was very dirty, couch had white marks all over the place. No idea what happened here. Location was close to airport - like 5mins. OK for a night’s sleep but there are way better options. "

"This property is nice enough in itself, with good a/c, but the location is not what I was expecting. It's not super far from the airport, but it's also not close to the Black Sea beaches, which I thought it would be. It's also very far from Trabzon, largely because of the heavy traffic, and while there are buses and minibuses, it's confusing to use them, but taxis are not cheap either. The area is very urban and heavily trafficked, but isn't walkable to anything."

"We’ve arrived late night on 01.10.2024 with wife and baby after a terrible flight and a long journey from Alania, to stay till the morning on the way back home to Georgia. "The hotel and cottages are spread on a large forested hill. It takes some 200 steps to walk to a restaurant where breakfast is served, but you don’t feel like walking, you can supposedly call for a shuttle. The staff in the restaurant does not speak any English, so trying to get coffee for breakfast instead of tea did not work. All in all an interesting place to visit."

"Hotel has swimming pool, suna, steam room and Gym free to use for guests, I really enjoyed it and all such facilities were open from 7am to 10pm so plenty of time to relax and enjoy all of them. Breakfast was delicious and so many options available. What really impressed me that Hotel management has a programme for special needs people individual to work in different departments, for example there was a special need waiter serving the guests during breakfast time, he was very pleasant and taking pride in his work. Amenities such as cafe, shops and restaurants were on walking distance Cleaning can be improved, there were marks on sofas, and carpet, small amount of mould building up on tiles in bathroom They charged extra for water bottles to be provided in the room, in my opinion water bottles must be free for guests Staff at reception and in restaurant were helpful "

"It is a wonderful luxury hotel very central We had a great stay”, we had two connecting rooms which were large and comfortable.. A big bowel mand water waiting for us. We did not have time to use the facility, but they had Turkish bath and spa option. Highly recommend it. The only thing is I would ask for non-smoking room"
