We had the option to be shuttled to 4 different ski resorts nearby . They picked us up when we arrived at the bus stop we made prior arrangements with them. They shuttled us to the train station when we departed. For supper we made reservations at nearby restaurants the Lime resort shuttled us there and we walked back about 12 min after...

"This Route Inn location is a bit older than some of their other locations, however it still has some good amenities like a public bath and in-building coin laundry (a must for hot Japan summers!). Room was small but clean, overall a good experience. I thought the included breakfast was every day, however I only received 1 meal coupon for my 2 day stay, which was surprising. Not really expensive, but didn't purchase a 2nd day and just got a bento on the train instead."

The day of my arrival I was still trying to figure out how to actually get to and check into the property since no instructions were provided. I had to try to contact them multiple times and also had to reach out to hotels.com multiple times. I’ve been to Japan to snowboard before, I don’t need my hand held. However, traveling...
