"used a few times before so would recommend this hotel. Good location and we used a free car park several minutes walk away. Staff very friendly & helpful. Room was a nice size & clean, overlooking the street below although, in my opinion it would benefit from a little tlc. . We watched a fiesta parade from the open windows last time we stayed. Buffet breakfast was very enjoyable with a nice fresh selection.
First time we stayed a couple of years ago we had a lovely evening meal & wine which was very nice & reasonably priced however I'm not sure of the operating hours of the bar/lounge, would be well worth checking.
Jaca has a lovely 'feel' to it."
"Standard parador experience.
They let me park my motorcycle just outside reception, the receptionist came out and said park between the plant pots and indicated where the cctv was. Very happy with that.
Good meal, good breakfast.
Quaint little village."
"Hotel Continental Balneario
The hotel is located in the heart of the Pyrenees mountains with a stunningly beautiful mountainside backdrop which is absolutely picturesque. The hotel has an extensive spa with thermal baths. It has its own in house restaurant and other restaurants on site. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was a tasty buffet style offering a wide range of salad, hot meals and deserts.
All the staff were extremely friendly, polite and welcoming.
This is a pristine place to stay especially if you are touring the Pyrenees. A number of fellow motorcyclists were staying at the same time."
Canfranc Estación, A Royal Hideaway Hotel - Gran Lujo
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful property based in historic events. Rooms are well designed and all the Hôtel interiors are period based. Dining and bar areas well presented, food was exceptional. Don’t pay for parking you can park behind hotel for free."
"We had a very nice stay. Bed was comfortable and large. The room and bathroom showed their age. It's an older property, but still comfortable. Oh yeah, the shower was tricky. When you tried to adjust the flow of water, it was very sensitive. If you weren't holding the hand-held part, it turned around and flooded the bathroom.
Breakfast was great. And the staff extremely helpful."
"I loved my 3 night stay at this hotel. It was so comfortable and cozy, and my small outside balcony overlooking the town was an added plus. The staff were friendly and their food and tourist destinations recommendations were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this special hotel and mountain village in Broto."
