Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. "Le logement était à la hauteur du descriptif seul bémol il y a pour le petit déjeuner des petites tasses à cafe et moyennes tasses ; il manquent des bols qui peuvent être utiles pour des céréales ou soupes....il n'y a pas de séche cheveux mural dans la salle de bain. L'établissement étant tout neuf cela aurait pu être pensé lors de la construction."
