"Good stay. Though the staff (a woman) at the reception told me to “take a step back” when i approached the counter to check-out and i was a little bit in a hurry because i was late to leave to the airport and the uber taxi was waiting outside. I didnt expect her to talk to me this way. Few moments later, another lady helped me to check out, i think she was the manager and it went very smoothly. "

"Tired hotel, rooms and communal areas are dated and need updating. Check in took ages and no receipt provided on checkout, even though it was payable upon arrival. Wouldn't rush back as plenty of other hotels in the area"
