"When checking in, i was asked for another card. I thought it was for incidentals. So i provided a card. When i got to my room the door was propped open and unsecure. I called front desk and she acted like it was super inconvenient to get a different room. I do not know who had access to the room. After arguing, i did get a new room. The room had broken tile around the toilet and tub, shower head had calcium build up and looked disgusting, Now 4 days later, I realized that my card was charged. Not in a pending status, called and spoke to christy and she said, oh well nothing she can do until a manager looks at it the next day. Ridiculous. I paid twice for a single night, not asking for something that needs an approval. They basically stole from me."

"Our room was clean and beautiful and so was the hotel. From a design standpoint every space was lovely and interesting, the artwork that was chosen was pleasing and added to a high end/minimalist western aesthetic My only qualm was the absolute insane wait time for breakfast. It took about 30 minutes to seat us and another 20 to take our order. I gave 4 stars for the staff because I couldn't tell you if it was an issue with the wait staff or management not hiring enough help/over working them. I waitressed about 10 years ago and didn't think the breakfast was very busy but it's hard to say what else they could be responsible for in the back. Also, the wait staff was extremely friendly despite the wait time and the breakfast bowl was delicious. The bloody Mary had no vegetables or garnish which was a disappointment! I would think it could be elevated to be a Texan style with some options. The bartender was very nice and professional though so again, 4 stars for staff because I truly think they were doing the best they could and maybe management needs to tighten things up on their end."

"At check in I went to see my room and found a cockroach in the restroom. Immediately went to the lobby and I got my room change and got told that pest control had gone to that room but I guess it didn’t work .. breakfast was decent but not happy that waffle maker not available during the week only on weekends .. "

"Clean room and facility. Quiet area and comfortable beds. Staff was great and plenty of parking. Walking distance to several restaurants. "

"This property gives Hilton a bad representation. Upon arrival we were told the elevators were down and was told they were trying to contact us prior to arrival in order to let us know but no one called me or emailed me prior. I was then told we were going to be placed on the 3rd floor in which we would have to carry luggage and 2 toddlers and 2 younger children up. They offered us a refund but after driving 9 hrs and having 4 young children, the last thing i wanted was to have to shop around for another property. They also said that the refund wouldn’t be available immediately as it would take 7-10 business days and since we were coming to bring the kids on a spring break vacation, the last thing i needed was to spend another $600 out of the money we had designated for our kids to have fun. Next the breakfast was horrible. It is definitely a continental breakfast and not a hot breakfast. There was nothing there for kids so if you have kids and they like a good breakfast, this hotel is not it. They have bagels, boiled eggs, the worst cereal possible (raisin bran, cornflakes) and apples… The coffee was weak although it’s listed as serving Folgers but there was no way that was Folgers. Next since we were staying 4 days they said we would receive room service every 2 days so on the second day we left our room and went out for a few hrs..Upon return around 5pm our room was still dirty. I called down and had to ask for service. Horrible hotel esp w/kids!"
