"Sadly the Checkin was not adequately staffed. Although, occupancy was very low, and I’m a IHG member, the receptionist didn’t provide us with a sea or pool view room."

It looks and feels like it hasn’t been re-innovated for a long time, but rooms are clean and big. Friendly and helpful staff, quick check in and out. We stayed there first night and we came back again at the end of our trip. Also great location, next to a lot of restaurants and things to do. "

"This hotel is really well located in a buzzing area of Aqaba. It is a short walk to the beach and the main shopping area. The hotel is nice and comfortable but nothing flashy. Be sure to get up early for breakfast as this hotel seems popular with tour groups and so fills at breakfast."

"We booked Mina Hotel but when we arrived to the Hotel they told us the hotel is closed. They told us to go to Golden Tulip Hotel what was just opposite to Mina Hotel.The Hotel receptionist told us the Mina Hotel and The Golden tulip have a some management. So we got the room in Golden Tulip. The Hotel room was very clean.Breakfast was good staff extra friendly and helpful. Location is just perfect. I recommend this hotel to everyone.Thanks for all of the staff we had a nice stay. "
