"Never did see the gym it's upstair"

"The hotel is truly in the heart of the city. Everything was walkable to everything. I wish we had stayed here longer! We booked the family suite and it truly was incredible. They had a PS5 with limited games, but what a nice feature to keep the kids busy. And having two bathrooms was great for 4 people. Plus there was a sofa bed so you could fit 5-6 people. Welcome treats were provided which was a nice touch. Staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast buffet (included when we went) was a mix of hot and cold items which was amazing. And the gym was amazing! It had so many machines and a small space for floor work. We only stayed one night but well worth the price! "

"The apartment itself was ok and in a good location for accessing both the city and the beach. However, there was a significant lack of staffing, with no one at the desk for the majority of our stay. This meant we couldn't resolve basic things, such as broken air-conditioning in our room, slow wifi, and access to towels for the pool (which we were informed would be available from the reception for the duration of our stay). We appreciate it was the penultimate week of the season, but unfortunately this lack of customer service did somewhat affect our stay. Aside from this, the accommodation was clean and comfortable for the price."

"The property was nice and very well kept. The staff at the front desk were not very kind except for one customer relations woman who was very helpful and lovely. I think her name was Marialena. She went out of her way to be accommodating and caring and helpful. Otherwise the other front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. The breakfast was a bit limited in its choices especially for healthier options such as fresh fruit. "

"Had a great time staying at this lovely hotel. All the staff (reception, restaurant staff and cleaners) were all extremely pleasant and friendly. There is a mini market by the pool which is very well stocked. A bus outside the hotel takes you all the way into the centre of Chania and runs frequently. Bus tickets are available from reception in the hotel but you have to pay in cash for these. They are much cheaper if you buy them here rather than paying the bus driver on the bus. Our stay was bed and breakfast only but you have the option of all inclusive. The breakfast was excellent - lots and lots of choice to suit all tastes. Everall a lovely hotel and place and would definitely stay here again. We were very sad to leave."
