We loved our junior suite with private pool and ocean view! It was close to the beach, restaurants, and amenities. The staff was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and the dining in all of the restaurants was fantastic!!

A nice hotel, with extremely friendly staff and good amenities. We ate in all of the restaurants, on an AI package, and the food was extremely good quality, lots of it, and staff very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Very well located, with a lovely sandy beach and protected bay at the rear, 2 big pools and plenty of sunbeds, although these did begin to fill early in the morning. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay, we would recommend this hotel.

Beyond the beautiful hotel lobby and and wonderful veranda, Atlantica was a wonderful place to stay!!! Starting from a breakfast buffet with what seemed like 500 selections and of course I always started my day with one of their creamy cappuccinos. The beach was awesome with oversized comfy recliners, Beach side service and sandy beach with warm sparkling clear water! I loved the pool and you could find us there every morning by 10. The staff and room service took care of everything without having to ask. If I ever make it back to Chania, I'll Be staying at Atlantica... TY

Beautiful resort right on a gorgeous beach. Food was excellent, especially at the Greek à la Carte. Giorgos (king of Crete) and Ioannis were the best. Very personable, funny, and full of great travel tips. We would come back for them alone. House keeping was a bit inconsistent, but not a big deal. Would like to see more authentic Greek food on buffet. The items are there, but are somewhat Americanized. Overall though, we loved the food. Hope to come back next year.

Incredible location, beach front and property. Service was solid across the board and the breakfast was fantastic. But what put this hotel over the top was the activities and programming. Tania was the yoga, pilates and aqua fit instructor and she was amazing. Like having our own personal trainer and so friendly. Very highly recommend!

Great stay, let down by the all-inclusive. We had a pleasant stay. The resort is well maintained, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were generally friendly. Reception and the breakfast staff were polite but rarely went the extra mile. The Asian restaurant, room service and cleaning team, however, were all excellent. Our main disappointment was the all-inclusive package. It didn’t cover the full range of food, and the better options came at an extra cost. For an all-inclusive resort, having to pay more for the best dining doesn’t feel reasonable, and it would help if this were made clearer to guests before booking. Overall, a good holiday, but the food policy kept it from a five-star rating.

A fabulous resort in Crete, positioned on a beautiful bay west of Chania. Three fabulous pools are complemented by a peaceful beach perfect for a dip. Our room was beautifully presented with a large balcony which got the sun all afternoon. The staff were friendly and always helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was the buffet of dreams, we always ate early and there was always lots to choose from.

Enjoyed are stay at the Atlantica. Location is perfect for access to the main highway that goes to all the tourist attractions. Local restaurants within walking distance of the resort. There is no parking garage at the resort only a small parking lot (10 cars max). They have a valet to park your rental car if their parking lot is full.

The hotel is beautiful being directly on the beach. Our room was clean and nicely furnished. The people that worked at the hotel were very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious with many different food options. We would definitely come back.

Decent hotel overall which ticks all the boxes without quite reaching any particular 'wow' factor. The private loungers on the beach were a highlight and the beach is clean with good sand, clear water and great for swimming. Theres also 2 additional pools which are decent and not busy even in peak season when we visited. Being an adults only hotel meant that it was peaceful without noisy kids taking over, however there are a lot of screeching cicadas in the area which are a bit like sitting next to a car alarm especially on the room's balcony area. We opted for half board which was unnecessary as we went into town for dinner, the evening buffet was ok but not amazing, breakfast buffet was good though. From chatting to locals this is one of the bigger hotels in the area and one of the few adults only. Its well regarded locally but having been to varoius other 5 star places it wasnt exceptional, but for Chania its a very good option. The hotel is well located with a handy public bus service into old town; Chania town is very pleasant and has a lot of good places to eat but the best restaurants are away from the harbour. Overall an enjoyable stay.
